I am getting a number of submissions with
https://www.google.com/ listed as the referrer. Also I have a number of URLs that I know dont have the form on them.
Any ideas?

Thank you for contacting us.
As far as I understand, the first version of the Get Referrer tracked only the URL of the page where the form is embedded. Since then the widget has been updated to track the actual HTTP referrer.
https://www.google.com/ - means that someone used Google to get to the form / web page with embedded form.
If you are looking for the old widget behavior, we can send a ticket to our Widget Team to see if there are any options.

Yes please. I need to know on which page the form was embedded. The page they came from is also very interesting but not as important right now. Can I have both?

Hello marcomm,
Get Referrer will always track from which page the user came in. Have you embedded same form in multiple webpages and you want to track submission same form which embedded form?
Do get back to us on this and we will provide you a workaround to achieve your requirement.
We will wait for your response.
Thank you!

Yes exactly. I have the same form embedded on many pages and I need to know which page each submission came from. This way when a submission comes in incorrectly I can diagnose the problem.
This also tells me which pages are performing better than others.
Thank you!

Hi,
Have you tried using Google Analytics widget? That will actually give you a detailed analysis of your form and where it is embedded. We also have the new Form Analytics feature that will give you details regarding conversation and the source of the form.
I hope that will help.

I concur. Google analytics and Form Analytics are really useful but they don't tell me what specific page a specific submission came from. This is really important for understanding behaviors of specific people and troubleshooting issues on specific pages.

Hi,
There has been some updates with the Get Referrer widget, but we also have a new widget that might be fix for what you are looking for. Could you check if the Get Form Page URL works in your embedded forms? It should get the specific page URL to where the form is embedded.
Let us know your thoughts about this.
