I had two subscriptions this month, one was for professional which is one time payment, please can you arrange a refund for the premium charge/ Could you cancel the premium subscription as I don't know how to do it.

According to our email records, both your subscriptions are now canceled. ( Premium subscription on Paypal & a Professional subscription on Plimus ) You will be downgraded to 'FREE' status on the 23-dec-11.
I see the unnecessary payment of the Premium subscription on 22nd November.
I will forward that issue onto our admins and ask if it can be refunded.
