Jot form does not allow Excel export, just PDF.

    When I click on submissions, it opens up the first entry and only gives me the option of exporting as a pdf.  There is no option to export as a spreadsheet (Excel or CSV).  Help.  Please.

    Try the following:

    1) Login out 

    2) Clearing browsers cache

    3) Logging back in

    4) Clearing forms cache: http://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache
