Are your forms generate a database?

I want to put a form on my website, when people fill (it is very nice to receive an email with the information) but I want to collect all the responses of many people on the same form in a database.

I'm in Mexico and nothing in English, I am using a translator to write this, maybe it will not be very clear to you. Sorry.

You did not mention to us which Database you were using.

But yes, it is possible to integrate the form and have its submissions generate to database.
