    1. I created an encrypted jot form and linked it to a Google Sheets with the plugin.

But in Google Sheets, one went through,  the other did not. Same with Jot Forms online viewer.

I am am using the PayPay plugin as well.

Both times times testing, i submitted the form but to not continue payment.
There  are two non payment notifications.

    2. What is the difference between a secure form and an encrypted form?

If you are using an encrypted form and integrated it to google spreadsheet, unfortunately data will remain encrypted when sent to the spreadsheet. We do not have solution for this so we suggest not to use encrypted form and google spreadsheet at the same time. You can only decrypt the data on your form submissions page and none other else.

When you make a test submission with forms containing paypal payment field, you have to complete the payment when redirected to the checkout page. Otherwise, the payment will end up as an incomplete payment and any other integrated services will not receive the data. You can find more information about it here http://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Pending-Submissions?. And this FAQs about Paypal will clear some of your questions http://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ.

We will answer your other question on this thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/625409.
