    If in case you mean send the submissions as PDF, that's possible. There's an option in the form notifications wizard where you can attach PDF on email.

    Here's how:

    If you don't want it to come as an attachment, you can include a download link of the PDF file on your email. See the following image:

    However, if you mean convert your form to PDF. Check this page https://www.jotform.com/fillable-pdf-form-creator/.

    @LfernandesUCPA

    I have checked you account and you have only one form. I have checked your email Notification and you did not checked Attach PDF option.

    send the form as pdf Image 1 Screenshot 30

    Also inside of your Compose Email Notification settings you did not add PDF link.

    send the form as pdf Image 2 Screenshot 41

    To add {pdf-link} tag inside of you Notification click on PDF Link option.

    Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    My problem is that there isn't a "Attach PDF" option in my email notification...

    Thank you for providing us a screenshot.

    From screenshot provided I see that you are using Autoresponder. Inside of Autoresponder there is no "Attach PDF" option. "Attach PDF" option only exist in Email Notification. Inside of this guide you can find out how to set Email Notification: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    Autoresponder is used when you want to send your users email with data they have entered inside of your form. Inside of this guide you can find out how to set Autoresponder: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

    You can also add PDF link inside of Autoresponder.
