Why do I keep getting an error statement on the bottom of my pages of my form?

There are errors on this page. Please fix them before continuing.

That error indicates that there are required fields that are not filled or left empty on the page. It's easy to overcome it, you just have to fill the required fields. Otherwise, this error will constantly appear and you can't submit the form.
