Creating an Autoresponder email

    Hello...

I have a form built that allows our coaches to fill out information about a client during a coaching call.  I'd like to be able to UPON SUBMIT, to forward a copy of the information captured on the form to the client's email that was entered on the form itself.

Similar to the notifications email, I'd like to use a mapped field as one of the email addresses that the survey/form is emailed to.  Since this email will never be the same, I need a way to tell the system to send it to a mapped field.

Currently, you can designate one email as the "recipient"-- in addition to that static recipient that I type in, I'd like to be able to send the form data to the email captured in the form itself.  Since the form is filled out for and about a client, I'd like that client to get the same information a "form submission notification" gives.

    How can I do that?

    Thank you

    Theresa

You can set up an autoresponder email so that the user will received a confirmation email just like an email notification. Please refer to this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
