    Plimus has terrible password recovery so I cannot find my password to cancel my premium account. Can you please cancel the premium pricing level? Thank you.

    Hello Janine,

    I just want to be clear, you are currently on a Professional Monthly plan, do you want that canceled and to revert to 'FREE' account type ?

    I have canceled that subscription for you. You will revert to 'FREE' account type on the 20th December.
