I hve mde no changes since July. The form worked just fine until July. Now, I do not receive any submissions. I need help URGENTLY

I did check your form and the notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. It seems there was some technical glitch with our mail server but the issue is already resolved and my colleague have already responded to you on the following threads:
