I need help urgently. When client complete and submit my forms they are not longer being received in my email. This is very serious, costly and urgent problem. I need help immediately!!!

We are sorry for the inconvenience, there was a slight hiccup at our mailing server (Amazon SES), which has delayed sending of some emails and is now resolved.

It rarely happens. And usually get resolved/fixed immediately because we are on a 24/7 support.
