    Account suspended

    It seems my account has been suspended.  Help!

    Hi Kerry,

    Your account was auto suspended by the Phishing filter due to your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/43394938854168 that was suspected as phishing form due to its contents.

    We do not allow forms like this.

    You must agree first to delete this form from your account before we can request for re-consideration to reinstate the account and your other forms.

    I’m happy to delete the form and use another form provider to collect this information. I would like to copy the questions on the form before deleting but if that’s not possible, we can figure it out on our own. It would’ve been cool to receive an email or some kind of communication that we needed to tweak the form before being suspended.

    Hello Kerry,

    Please be noted that we have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.

    Unfortunately you cannot have form fields in your form asking for user's login credentials. We cannot activate your account without deleting the password fields. I have gone ahead and deleted the password fields form your form and activated your account again.

    Do try to sign in to your account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
