I tried to sign up for an account, got a message that my email has been registered before.

    I have never, to my knowledge, signed up for a Jotform account. When I tried to sign up for an account I got a message that my email had been registered before. If I did have a previous account, I have no idea what the Username is.

    Upon searching with your email address fortunamary@gmail.com, and it has a registered account since 02-25-15, which username is: Hatchback

    If you forgot your password, click on forgot password, an the email reset instructions will be sent to that email address.
