How do I e mail all the submitted forms in one go?

You can setup email notifications: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

You will receive a notification each time the form is submitted. 

If you want to forward all the received submission at once, you will need to download the notifications as PDF, Excel, or CSV, and send the file through your own email address.
