    Ok, I see the issue.

IE9 is reporting the form as an non-secure element on the page (which the user has to manually enable, see dialog at the bottom the page, or change a setting in his web browser)

This is really odd as I am not on a https:// connection to Facebook in the first place. i.e All elements on the page are on unencrypted connection.

Anyway, I have changed the form link to use a secure URL:

    e.g

    <script type="text/javascript"src="https://secure.jotform.com/jsform/13055750337"></script>

and that has rectified the issue.

Thanks for pointing out yet another IE eccentricity :)

Figured it out. Had to set secure browsing to disabled.
