When we receive application submission we receive the name of applicant in the "from" line and "New submission: Love-A-Stray Adoption Application" on subject line.  Is it possible to add "name of dog interested in adopting" which is a question on our application.  We use different contacts for each dog we have up for adoption and need a better way to control process for our volunteers.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello DeckerKM,

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You will have to edit your form's notification email alert and add the field name in the subject line.

I did check your form and it seems you have add the desired field name successfully in your email alert. Please test your form and see if you receive the notification email alert with desired subject line.

    Thank you!
