My form submissions were set up to export into google docs and it seemed to be working fine until July 29. Many of the submissions are either missing or are not syncing to google docs now.
Can you please look into this and let me know if there is a setting that may have been switched off? I can't seem to figure out what happened.

I look at your form setup and it seems to be fine. I see they are connected to both Google Drive and MailChimp.
I'm not quite certain about this but mostly issues like this may occur due to the updates implemented on both side or when you make any changes on your form fields. While I cannot see updates on the Google Drive Integration from our end, it could be on the other end. Usually, issues like this can be resolve by refreshing the integration. May I suggest to re-integrate your form to Google Drive, this should help.
