    My changes won't save

    Hi,

     

    Whenever I try to make changes to a form they don't get saved. I have even tried cloning forms and changing them that way, but the program still stubbornly refuses to accept the changes. Please tell me what I am doing wrong because this is beyond frustrating!

    I have cloned your form http://www.jotform.us/form/51436040382144 and added few fields and modified some of existing fields and I was able to save changes I made. Here is my cloned form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52142240381948 

    Please try to clear your form cache and browser cache to see if that will resolve your problem.

    Also you can try with different browser. 

    If you are still unable to save changes on your form please tell us what are you trying to change on your form so that we can test it.

    Hi,
    I was working in Firefox. Clearing the form cache and browser cache failed to work. It did work when I edited the form in Chrome.
    Obviously it's my browser. Can you think of anything else that could be blocking me from making changes? It would be great if I didn't have to switch browsers to work in Jotform.

    I have tested one of my forms one more time in Firefox and I was able to save changes I made. 

    This could happened if form builder is open on multiple tabs/windows or multiple browsers. The form builder has an auto-save function. So avoid opening the form builder on multiple tabs/ windows.

    You can try to upgrade your Firefox to latest version.
