Conditions not working some times?

Hi,

I am having issues with inconsistency in a form that uses conditions to sum on a series of scale questions. Most of the time it works. But there are times it doesn't. I've had 3 out of 60 submissions where none of the conditions work.

I use those summed scores to push my clients into a CRM, so it is really causing trouble.

Have you had any issues like this? Help?

Can you provide to us the link or name of the form in question? Please also provide a sample submission (Submission ID) where you noticed that the conditions did not work so we can further check the issue.
