Yes this can be made possible by inserting the form's source code into your email message.
To get your form's source code:
1. Go to Setup & Embed tab
2. Click Embed Form
3. Click Source
4. Copy the codes provided
Be aware though that any changes you made in the Form Builder would not instantly reflect into the form embedded into your email message. You'd have to re-embed the source code everytime you make changes.
If this doesn't work on your end, then the only other way is to use your form's direct link (e.g. https://www.jotform.com/form/form_id).
Hope this helps. Feel free to ask again if you have other queries.

I copied and pasted the the source code into my email as shown and then posted the email opened the email and all I received was the source code not a form.

Is there any options/icon () on your email message box where you can Insert HTML Codes? If no, then source code will not work.
The only other way is to attach your form's direct link (e.g. http://www.jotform.com/form/form_id) , this will work much better than embedding source code.
I hope this helps. Thank you so much!
