Our apologies for the mistake. I've fixed it for you. But just to let you know that our system phishing filter is not updated to scan Arabic, French and other similar languages so there's a chance that your account will be suspended again. In this case, we recommend creating your form and use English as the default language then just translate it using our multi-language feature.
