Bottom part of the form is missing in Safari for iPad

Agggghhhhh help! My form doesn't seem to be working on iPad with Safari ... It is just the ending submit button etc that is missing.

If the submit button is not showing, that means you need to control the height of the form. In this case, the only way you can do it is by embedding your form using our iframe method:

In the iframe codes, you will see the height value. Just increase it until you will see the submit button.
