I am getting repeated duplications of forms and clients emailing me in panic as the 'submit' message at the end isn't showing.
I've tried to narrow this down, does appear more common on tablet & mobile platforms, but has happened on PC too.
It isn't limited to one form - seems to be a few.

I see that there is a space before the Thank you page URL which is causing the issue. I've tried submitting your form on the webpage and see that the URL is not redirected to the Thank you page URL set.
Please remove the blank space before the URL from the Thank you wizard so that the issue should be resolved. Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Aha - many thanks - def didn't not see that.
Was always gonna be something silly like that.
