Problem with reports on encrypted form

Hi,

my name is Eduardo and I have problems with my reports after I encrypted that. I was obliged to chance, but now I can't use my reports.

I need the report, I use Jotform only because the reports and the practicality.

I need Help to solve this problem.

Hi Eduardo,

If you haven't yet known, reports are disabled on encrypted forms. We suggest to disable encrypted forms so you can create form reports..

Here's how to disable form encryption

1. Click on Preferences while on the form builder

2. Go to Advanced Settings tab

3. Set No on Encrypt Form Data
