After a .PDF of your template has been created, how can you save the information that has been keyed in if the user only has Adobe Reader?

The submit button action should be available from Adobe reader.  They should also be able to save the document with the filled in portions.  They do not need to have a PDF editing program, only a reader.  I personally use this one:

I can fill, save and submit the fillable PDF's with the reader.
