    Hello,

I recently made a waiver form for an upcoming event at my workplace. We have gotten a number of responses from people who are having difficulty completing the form, especially in (the dreaded) Internet Explorer. I know at least one user was using IE v. 11. Do you have any suggestions that might help resolve this problem?

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

Could you tell us the issues they are experiencing or more details about it? I'm checking the form but can't seem to find any errors on the browser console.

I tried it on Edge, IE 8, IE 9, IE 10 and IE 11, but can't seem to get any problems on it. I also cloned your form for testing purposes but it still loads as expected. The validation works and the styling seems to remain. Although, I do agree that IE sometimes reading the website codes differently.

Also, is the form embedded on a website or are they filling it out using the direct link?

    We'll wait for your response.

    Hello,
It seems that a few people were not able to get the check boxes in the "I agree.." statement to register as marked. When they tried to submit the form, it would say that it was required and needed to be completed, when they had clicked it. After the first complaint, I changed it from the Terms & Conditions Widget to just a regular check box. Then we got another complaint. It very well could be just these individuals computers having issues, which would just be unfortunate. Thank you for looking into this.
    Thank you,
    Svetlana

Apologies for the inconvenience. Sometimes people are using some very old browser version or are outdated. Its also possible that a plugin or an antivirus is blocking our scripts.

Just to confirm, is the form embedded in your website? We can take a look at it to better check.

It is not embedded on an active webpage. I have it embedded on a hidden page on our website.. but users are not directed to that page. Instead, we have been directing all of our users to http://www.jotform.us/HerreshoffMarineMuseum/Regatta2015Waiver
    Thank you,

That's odd, please do monitor and observe for now, as you have mentioned, you already replaced the widget using a plain check box.

When you receive another complain even after using the plain check box, please let us know and we will try to investigate it further. It's possible that the last complainant might be referring to the form with the widgets.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.
