    Dear Sirs,

I have been using your programme Jotform (Basic version). With the account: “franklinsoler

According to your web site, the Basic version allows the SSL submissions of up to 100 PDF forms. However, after having received 10, the following warning has appeared: "You're almost out of space" and then I am required to upgrade to "Premium".

The form in question can be traced in:

We have also foreseen additional forms, for which no submission has so far been received.

I would be grateful for your clarification. We are planning to eventually upgrade to Premium, but such inconsistencies will definitely prevent us from doing so.

    Look forward to your reply.

    Kind regards

    Franklin Soler

First off, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, Franklin. I'd like to inform you about the submission limits. A free account gets monthly 100 regular submissions, 10 SSL submissions or 10 payments(whichever comes first) for free.  That means, if you have 10 SSL submissions your forms will be disabled until next month. I've just checked your account and you've already upgraded to premium. Now, you can receive 1,000 regular submissions, 1,000 SSL submissions or 1,000 payments(whichever comes first). For all users, the counts reset to 0 on the 1st month of every month.

    I hope that helps.
