When I select "view submissions" my screen goes black and you can see in error. It also has a close in the top right corner but it does not work.

    using Internet Explorer 9.0. I have cleared the cache both on the form and in the brower settings. I'm trying to view my encrypted submissions.

    It is recommended to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox with JotForm. Internet Explorer 9 is one of the outdated versions that may not be compatible with some of the scripts. We request you to check if the submissions are viewed normally using either chrome or Firefox. If the issue still persists, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
