    My collapsible form works when I view it on this site. I followed your instructions to get the right code and add it to my FB page but once on my page, the bar wont open. there is no arrow or anything that would open the bar. why is it happening & what can I do to make it work?

    Since FaceBook does not allow advanced javascript code, this feature is not available on facebook forms.

    Only simple forms are possible on FaceBook. Form validations, advanced field types like page break, captcha, form collapse, slider etc. are not possible on facebook forms.

    @Paulo Jorge

    You can put a password field in your form by adding a Password Box under the Power Tools option.

    Be aware though, that password boxes cannot communicate with external databases, therefore no form of logins or automated registration can be accomplished using that field.

    Using password boxes in a malicious way can get your account auto-flagged by our anti-phishing filter and may get deleted subsequently. Use it with caution.

    You may register for a Jotform account via this link - Register

    Hope this information helps. Thank you for using Jotform.

    Hi gaurav,

    Thank you for posting your question here. In order for us to better understand your concern, may we ask for the URL of the Facebook page where you embedded your form?

    I also searched our member database using your email address and discovered that your JotForm account is a guest account. It would be a good idea to register for a free JotForm account and take advantage of higher submissions limit per month. Please click here for instructions on how to do it without losing your existing form.

    We'll await your response. Thank you for using JotForm!
