Does the Basic/Free allow 100 submissions per month?

Asked by amy.hitchcock on August 03, 2015 at 03:16 PM

My understanding of the Basic/Free form allowed up to 100 free forms per month. We switched from AdobeFormCentral to JotForms in May.

My Work Orders have been disabled because we have reached 100 submissions. I am now trying to scramble to fix our Work Order System forms since the link has been disabled.

If we upgrade, is the yearly price for 1,000 submissions per year? Or is it until we reach 1,000, whichever comes first?

The submission limits for Free accounts are 100 regular or 10 SSL/Payment submissions per month.  For a Premium account, would be able to receive 1,000 submissions per month for $9.95 per month.  We are increasing our prices on August 15th.  I would recommend subscribing soon if you want to lock in the low rate.

Your submission limits reset on the 1st day of each month.  You are currently well below your account limits due to the recent reset.  Your forms and account should be active.

Why did the form have a message stating "The Form has been disabled" as soon as I submitted the 101st form (101 is since we started in May)?

The only reason the form started to work again is because my supervisor noticed the form had been disabled at the account sign-in level. He and I are the only 2 that have access. The URL is the way in which I submit the form. To the best of my knowledge, I cannot sign into the account and fill out the form.

We had a scare considering the number of people on the campus that rely on that form to ask for our assistance.

    Hello Amy,

I've checked your account and I don't see any issue with the account and seems to be in good shape. However, as I check your JotForm, I notice that there is a limit set on your JotForm to receive only 100 submissions which is not allowing you to receive more submissions on this form.

You may remove the limit from the Form Limits tab by clicking on Preferences button. Please refer to the guide below that might help you in limiting submissions on your JotForm.

Hope this information helps. Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
