    And how do you evenly distribute the columns in the matrix chart, right now it’s distributing based on the size of word we are using in the column. This is creating an unprofessional look in our survey.
    Last but not least, I set up our form to have “purple” font throughout the form. For some reason when I’m viewing this form, the matrix font color is showing up in orange.

    You can change size of matrix table fields by Injecting Custom CSS. To do that inside of your Form Builder select Setup & Embed tab, then click on Preferences, then select Form Styles tab and inside of Inject Custom CSS field at the bottom of existing code paste this code:

    .form-matrix-values{width:60px !important;}

    After adding this code your form will look like this.

    Regarding the color of text, from what I can see text fields and matrix table have the same color.

    Inside of my cloned form I set color of the text to be red.

    Thank you for all of this! I will store this for future reference. I have one last question, in one of our questions:
    We would like to use the “other” option but we want to add a description before the “other” … so it would read “No, but I know a great speaker who could discuss this topic: (Other option)”
    Is it possible to add the “other” option after the end of the answer used above?
    This would is for “Are you interested in presenting on the above suggested topic or another topic?” question.
    Thank you!
