    Some people cannot see the submit button, others can

    Hello, I have had a few people contact me who are trying to fill out a form and claim they cannot see the submit button. I just got a screen shot of one and it definetly is not there, however I can see it. I made the button extra bold and large and they still cannot see it. Is there a problem I am not aware of? The link provided is of the form, the attached image is the screen shot without the submit button.

    UPDATE- We have determined that people using Chrome can see the submit button, people using Explorer cannot. Please advise.

    I checked your form on Internet Explorer 11 but I was not able to replicate the issue.

    May I know what IE version did you use to access your form so we can further check the issue? Can you also try to clear your form cache and browser cache and see if it helps?

    I had to go in and recreate the submit button in the Explorer Browser- it took several attempts because it would add the line in but the button would remain invisible, even after going into designer and changing the button style, color, font, etc. Eventually I went into themes, switched the theme, and then went back to the original theme and all of a sudden it popped up. Very strange.

    That's probably because of the styling in the form. But good to hear that you managed to fix it.

    If the issue persists, please let us know and duplicate the form so we can check what's causing it.
