Our jotforms have stopped working

       We established 4 jotforms on our nonprofit's website last year.  All was going well until recently all 4 forms appear to be not working at all.   That is,  their links do not activate the popup.

       Thinking that the stored submissions might be using up space,  I have downloaded all the recorded submissions from our 2 highest trafficked forms, and deleted them from our jotform space.    Is there anything else I would need to do to re-instate our jotform service?

    Hi Gina,


    I checked your account and it seems fine. The account is currently active. I also check your site and click the Help Desk Request Form link and the form was displayed properly. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, can you try to clear your form cache and browser cache and see if it is working now?


    Do get back to us if you still encounter the issue even after clearing your form and browser cache.
