The 32MB file that comes across opens in Safari as "gibberish" - random, useless text. I need that jpgs, please. Is this how the function is supposed to work?

Thanks for reporting. I was able to reproduce the problem on the mentioned browser using Mac.
I have now raised this to our developers for a resolution. We will let you know once this is fixed via this thread.
You may consider using different browser for now other than safari like Chrome or Firefox, it should work fine there.

Safari has a delicacy with headers and it was not noticed before.
Thank you very much for notification, it is now fixed.

Thanks for the progress, however, it only downloaded 14 of the 90+ submissions we received. Can I get ALL the downloads from ALL the people?

Are you downloading submissions as PDF, Excel, or CSV file? Make sure to set the Time Frame drop down to "All time":

I’m talking about downloading the jpg’s that people uploaded.

Please take note of the following post by our assigned developer, in a ticket that was split from this thread and opened upon your report of not being able to download all files:
Uploaded files downloader is currently limited to a total file size of 32MB in order to stabilize timeouts while downloading with a browser. We will be working on this issue, meanwhile you may like to download your files part by part via time-range or search.
This issue is being addressed in the following thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/628819
We will update you there if a resolution is found for that issue. Thank you.
