Can I create a form from an excel spreadsheet?

I have an excel spreadsheet that has drop down boxes for answers to questions.  Is it possible to upload that to JotForm?

Unfortunately, that is not possible, however, our form builder is very intuitive and a form with dropdown menus can be build in a matter of minutes.
