GetResponse Integration Is Returning the Following Error: 'Please add control_email type of field to your form!'. Why Is This Happening?

When I attempt to integrate my Jotform with Getresponse, I am not able to integrate email.

For example, I can add "Your Name" to Match form fields to GetResponse Fields"

I can add "Your Website" to Match form fields to GetResponse Fields

However, I can not add "Email" to Match form fields to GetResponse Fields. I am not receiving an option to select Email when using the Jotform Integrations Wizard.

Replacing the form's current text box field with a genuine email field (see screenshot) should fix this:
