I have to provide cancel subscription option to the customer. How to implement it via jotform?

    Hi,

     

    I checked one of your forms (https://www.jotform.com/52123365424953) and I see that you are using Stripe Payment Tool. You will be able to cancel your users' subscription through the Stripe Dashboard page at any time. However, it looks like Stripe does not provide built-in mechanism for users to cancel their own subscriptions.

     

    Currently, we do not have the functionality to cancel subscription using JotForm's Stripe Integration of your users.
