If I am already on the 9.95/month plan do I have to downgrade then re-upgrade to get the offer?

Sorry about that. That email was actually only intended for free users. The $9.95 is the low price. It is going to increase to $19.95 on Aug 15th.

You will keep your existing low prices as long as you are a subscriber. All existing subscriptions are grandfathered. The new prices only apply to new subscriptions.
