Confused about Upgrade option?

    We upgraded our account on January 16th, 2015.  

    Do we need to UPGRADE or can we renew our current package (which is what we need) to LOCK IN pricing?

    Will we receive credit for the 6 months we still have left in our account?  Extending renewal date to January 2017?

    Or will it just add 6 months to our account and charge us until August 4th 2016?

     

    Finally could you please explain what sub-accounts are?

    Hey,

    If you're already on a paid plan, the price increase will never affect your future usage.
