Hi, When in the Conditions Wizard ->Show/Hide a form field ->If [Please Select] field is [Equal to] Yes ->Then show-[Please select], I see "show, show multiple, hide, and hide multiple" options to choose, but I can't figure out how to hide the entire job application unless the first 3 questions are answered yes before proceeding. Is there a simpler way to do this, rather than starting with the first question and selecting each option (and there are a lot of them) and showing or hiding them one at a time?
Thank you,
Julia

Hi,
There is indeed a MUCH easier way to do this. You would have your first 3 questions, then you would have a form collapse to separate the rest of the form:
http://www.jotform.com/help/297-Show-or-Hide-multiple-fields-at-once-using-form-collapse-tool
This would allow you to have the whole section hidden or shown, rather than trying to show each field individually. You condition would simply be:
If field 1 is filled
If field 2 is filled
If field 3 is filled
If all rules are matched
Show Form Collapse
Much shorter than your current setup.
If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.

Great! I think I got it...except I can't figure out how to hide the text field "We're sorry but we do not have anything available for you at this time. When you can answer yes to all 3 questions we invite you to reapply. Thank you. Your Pet's Nanny, Inc." that appears underneath the 1st question in the queue. Thanks.

Hi Julie,
I was able to see the conflict in your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/41456562272152
Can you please check my version of the form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52240333115945?
I changed the condition logic to like this
Does my version work according to what you need?
You can also clone the form to review it in your Form Builder.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
Thanks.
