Pricing starting on august 15th

I saw in an advertisement that people who upgrade now lock their price forever. Is this the case for existing customers who already have a plan?

You will keep your existing low prices as long as you are a subscriber. All existing subscriptions are grandfathered. The new prices only apply to new subscriptions.
