Why are we not receiving the submissions for our form through email?

    We have had a couple of completed forms come through, but they are not going to the selected recipient email address.

    I believe you mean that you are not receiving your email notifications lately, correct?

    I checked the form you have embedded on your website page and found that your email address had been rejected so you ended up in our bouncelist. So I have removed you from it.

    You can avoid this problem in the future by referring to this guide here and also your Email History.

    Additionally, if you ever need to check and remove your email address you can do this using our bouncelist tool.

    Result: joxx@wxxxxxerxxxxxxxe.com is IN the bounce list
