How to create approval forms?

Is there a way to do simple workflow with JotForm.  For example, I would like to create a travel request form that is routed to my email.  I want to then click on a button in the email sent to me to either approve or deny the submitted travel request form.  The click of the "approve" button would automatically trigger an email to the person who submitted the form.

Can jotform do this?  Is so, how?  If not, any recommendations?

This is the only thing standing in the way of us rolling out jot form at our entire company.
