    Not adding up right

Asked by srrgus on August 04, 2015 at 12:00 PM

I'm using this form and it's not adding up right.  If you click the box next to an item - ie the first one and then let's say you pick 4 of S, it's still only $42.00 and it should be $168.  is there a way to change this?>

You need to enable Special Pricing option on the Item.

    user guide: Create-Sub-Products-Based-on-a-Product-Option

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

No that did not work. What I want the customer to be able to do is pick different sizes under the same product at 1 time. Instead of having to do separate orders.

    Hi Stacy,

Can you please test this form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52155882875972?

I was wrong to mention Special Pricing -- it actually needs to have Quantity enabled already on the item, and then you can create Sub-Product of the item.

You can also clone my form so that you can review it on your Form Builder.

Please let us know if you need further help on this.

    Thanks.

That’s exactly what I want but how do I clone your form. When I follow the link it doesn’t bring me to jotform it brings me to like a blank page in the background online.

It’s not letting me create a Sub Product. See screen shot. Is it because I have the free version???

I'm sorry, but the screenshot you have included was not posted successfully. You can follow the instruction here on how you can add images to your post in the forums.

    With regards to your concern:

What Sub-Products would you like to add and how would you like it to be added? Could you help us, by providing us more details, please?

Base on what's on your form "Sizes" is the Sub-Products.

You can also check out this guide for you reference: Create-Sub-Products-Based-on-a-Product-Option

    Thank you.

What I want to do is add more products to your form that I cloned but it will not let me add the qty & size like you have it in your form. I need to add like 14 more items or however many are there.

If you want to add another product, here's what you can do:

    Then,

After saving your new product, click Next, and then Next again, and then Finish and then save your form.

Should you have any troubles doing the instruction above. Please feel free to get back to us and we will be glad to help you. Thank you.

Ok. That’s what I was doing yesterday and it wasn’t working.. today everything is good. Working fabulously. However, when I post the source code to my website all my products are “collapsed”. I do not want this and not sure how to change it.

    Hello Stacy,

Can you please share the web page URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look? Have you embedded your form using its source code? I would suggest you to pleas embed your form using its iFrame embed code and we will take a look. The following guide should help you how to grab your forms iFrame embed code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

We will wait for your response.
