I created a form using a template for my photography business. However, when I click on the email button and send myself a test email it looks nothing like the form I created , it looks like a basic form with no images and no submit button. Can you please help me figure out what I'm doing wrong?

Are you referring to the Test email button in the email setup wizard?

Clicking on Test Email button would be sending the notification to the account registered email address. Do you want to send the form to an email address? If so, you can use our Form Embed wizard and click on Email button to send an email with the link to your JotForm.

Hope this information helps. Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Please refer to the following thread that might help you in sending the actual form in the email.

But the formatting of the form may not look as you designed and may result in some script errors also. You may give it a try by using the method provided in the thread above.

Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you!
