I was testing the payment submissions and completed the test submissions to see the auto-response. There was no payment made for the last 3 tests, they were manually submitted to test email. You can tell by the count of SSL transactions on my account that there was only one payment made. (Payment transactions are all secured)
Can you please reset my count of payments for the month to 1 as three were tests?

Please do take note that the submission counts either test or actual are still counted. We cannot reset every time that you make a test. But I see that you are a new user, I will adjust the payment submission from 4 to 1. Please note that I can only do this once, if you reached any of your submission limits, all of your forms will temporarily be disabled. To continue using them, you can either upgrade to a higher plan OR wait for the submission counters to reset which happens every 1st day of the month.
