When i go to try the forms i made for my website i get a msg "this form has been deactivated... What going on. this is the second time?

    I really need these forms to work.  This is the second time that my account has been shut down.  Know I can't use the forms on my website but can access them online through your website.  Please get this fixed.   I am planning on setting up an account with you guys but only if you work with me.  I am NOT doing anything wrong nor am i trying to fish for information.  I am trying to run a business.

    Your forms are always likely to picked up by our phishing detectors if they have username and password fields on them.

    Are they absolutely necessary? 

    I have whitelisted the offending form and reactivated your account.

    Premium accounts dont have their forms automatically disabled by our phishing detectors, , they are flagged for manual inspection. We have over 500,000 users and millions of forms, I hope you can understand that we have to use automated means to identify and disable potentially malicious forms.
