I want to lock in my current paid plan, how do I do so?

    Hi. I just 'locked in' my current plan, which is already a paid plan for which I think I originally paid an annual amount. I do not want to be charged twice. I don't need/want two accounts. Would you please confirm my service grade, payments, etc. Thanks!

    Hello Jennifer,

    I did check your account and found that you only have one active subscription which is premium yearly plan. Here are the details:

    Hello Jennifer,

    Yes that is correct. 

    If you do not cancel your subscription. you will continue to be in the same subscription plan and rate.
