Recently we have had several clients not able to send us their reservation (jot form) from the website, all have said the some thing, The submit button isnt there! I have no problem from my computer sending tests and receiving them. Many of these clients are regular customers who have used the form in the past. This has been going on for about 2 weeks, at first I thought it was an error by the client, but too many people have now called me to report this.

Okay so you mean that you have a form that is embedded on your website and several of your clients are now unable to use it as of the last two weeks, correct?

May we have a link to the website page it's embedded on so we can investigate this issue for you?

Additionally, may we have your permission to test the form directly? This would only be if it becomes necessary so that we can check it more accurately.

Okay thank you for confirming my thoughts about the website but I wanted to make sure it was the correct one first.

Anyhow, So I ran two separate tests and your form is working fine so far on both as I am able to submit on it without any issues.

Are you able to possibly find out from any of the users what OS, Browser, and Browser version they were using when they ran into this issue?

Currently I am under the impression they might have been using it during a heavy server load which might have caused it to temporarily not work properly at the time such as if they lost connection or the page didn't load correctly. But, that is one possibility of many in theory.
