I received the message below. However, we already upgraded to JotForm Premium months ago.
Aren’t we already locked in with the premium fee of $9.95/mo?
Or are our fees going up on August 15?

Sorry about the confusion. That email was actually only intended for free users.
You will keep your existing low prices as long as you wish to keep you subscription. All existing subscriptions are grandfathered. The new prices only apply to new subscriptions.
So, no, you don't have to do anything else to lock in the low prices. You already have them.

I'm a free user and did not get this email. By accident I saw it on your website today.
Is there a way to lock the price to 9.95 if I need the Premium plan only for a few month/ year so I don't have to pay at all during the month with very little submissions and 9.95 during the month with more than 100 submissions?
This is not really clear to me.
With the new prices I wouldn't have chosen Jotform for my forms.

@Kailash108, I have moved your post to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/640854 where we will be answering it shortly and yes, you did not get the email because you have unsubscribed from our emails, but I will write more about that on your thread.
